TRAINING WITH A PURPOSE
We’re here for player development. That means focused sessions that pair lacrosse fundamentals with speed and agility—and keep players moving, thinking, and getting reps.
We offer training only, with no club teams. Every session is a chance to build the habits that carry onto the field, whatever team you play for.
Stick skills and footwork improve through repetition. We build training around active practice, so players spend their time doing the work.
Expect direct, constructive coaching and clear expectations for effort. We’ll challenge you, show you what to work on, and help you take ownership.
Leave with tools to practice independently. A wall, a stick, a ball, and a commitment to the work can keep development going between sessions.
THREE WAYS TO GET TO WORK
Individual attention.
A shared commitment to improvement.
Dedicated coaching centered on your skills, your habits, and the next steps in your development.
Focused individual developmentTrain alongside your own group, with purposeful reps and coaching that keeps each player engaged.
Build skills togetherDedicated development sessions for existing teams, bringing fundamentals, speed, and agility into the work.
Develop the players behind the teamSMALLER SPACE. BIGGER DEMANDS.
Inspired by the close control and quick decisions of futsal, we use compact spaces to make each touch matter.
One training space combines a 5v5 field with cinderblock walls, letting us work wall ball into the routine. Tighter spaces create opportunities to sharpen stick skills, react, and make decisions.
BUILD THE SKILL. TRUST THE PLAYER.
Players need room to experiment, make mistakes, and discover what works. We want skills to become instincts—and confidence to come from doing the work.
Our goal is to develop players who can read the game and act, without waiting to be told what to do next.
THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE REPS
Laurie created the company in response to a gap she saw in youth sports: families investing time and money while players weren’t getting enough meaningful practice. The focus is simple—purposeful reps, honest feedback, and tools players can use on their own.
Christina brings collegiate playing experience at George Mason and coaching experience with clubs throughout New Jersey to the training partnership.
